Nice drawings! Out of the 4, I like options 1 and 2 the best. I like the community / public area.Is that cylinder the water tank? If so, it seems like the whole development here is taking up more hillside than it needs to, because tank was at top of hillside according to the 2007 Conceptual Plan. If not, forget what I said. To preserve the hillside for the ordinance, maybe development could be smaller. Did you use the 3D surface that sketchup creates from Google Earth -- might not be accurate so I made one from a GIS TIN for sketchup...Is that community / public area near the tank meant for the use of all residents of the Sozzoni property?
