In the long-term, a cluster of housing will be built on the Sozonni property on the outskirts of Ukiah. The housing will be built to the highest principles of sustainability and cultural appropriateness.The neighborhood design will be based in part upon housing plans created in the Architecture studio from Spring 2009, from the urban plans of Francesca Francia, and from other developments.The actual homes will be based upon the prototype design currently under development by the CARES4Pomo team.
