The Pinoleville-Pomo Nation has residents spread across northern California; it owns land in Ukiah and Lakeport, California. Projects with the PPN/UCB partnership have worked in both locations.

The prototype roundhouse, to be built in summer 2009, will be built on PPN reservation land in Ukiah, down the road from the greenhouse on Pinoleville Drive.

The Sozonni property, the site of a future development of 25 houses for PPN residents, will be located about 1/2 mile south of this reservation land in Ukiah.
